Challenge places people with disabilities into work with host employers, and provides support to those employees on an ongoing basis.

Currently we have our people employed in the recycling operation at the Englands Road waste management facility. Challenge has also carried out contract seedling planting with State Forests as well as carried out grounds maintenance for Coffs Harbour Zoo.
