Coffs Harbour Challenge delivers a range of programmes specifically designed to help people to participate in our community. These are - Skills for Life Workshops. Skill development workshops are delivered in conjunction with local community organisations and businesses. Each workshop is delivered by qualified professional educators and tutors in a supported environment. Workshops aim to provide opportunity for meaningful experience and encourage skill development, social networks and personal growth. Examples include; Surf school, Singing, Self Awareness for Men, 'Me, Myself and I' Ladies Workshop, Social Life. Transition to Work. Participants of this DADHC funded program are supported to access a variety of vocational and educational options. Support is provided according to goals detailed in Individual Service Plans' and acknowledges flexibility in planning, implementation and delivery to best suit individual need. Examples include TAFE support, travel training, literacy support, computer and internet access, work experience placements, work skills training and skill development workshops.

Community Access & Social Participation. Access and participation are key components underpinning all aspects of service delivery at Challenge. Support is provided according to goals detailed in Individual Service Plans' and acknowledges flexibility in planning, implementation and delivery to best suit individual need. Examples include; social skill programs, travel training, health and fitness, lifestyle interests, vocational education and support.
